Welcome to Guidebook: The Flow Transmissions, a sacred space dedicated to the messages received from The Guides, angelic guardians of the field of love and blessing.

I created this Substack to give the Flow Transmissions their own home—a place where these profound messages can expand, deepen, and be explored fully. What follows is a chronological listing of all the transmissions to date, arranged in the ‘books’ as The Guides assigned and titled them.

This book explores the profound realization that we are in constant communication with the flow—a responsive, living process of creation that connects all things. By blessing what we encounter and engaging with the world as a living, responsive entity, we restore balance and deepen our connection to the divine.

The book offers practical and spiritual guidance for aligning with this sacred perspective. It teaches that every thought is a prayer, every word a vibration, and every action an act of creation. Through stories, meditations, and reflections, readers are shown how to transform mundane routines into rituals of meaning, fostering a renewed sense of belonging and stewardship. The guides remind us that the sacred is not elsewhere—it is here, in our hands, waiting to be recognized and cherished. This is a book about co-creating a world of holiness, one intentional moment at a time.

Book Three, I Am the Enchanted One, chronicles the transformative year of 2017—a period marked by profound personal and global change. In January, as the world witnessed the inauguration of a new president, I faced the deeply personal loss of my mother. During this time, the Guides provided gentle support, helping me navigate the intertwining currents of personal grief and societal shifts.

Turning 60 that year, I embarked on a 40-day cross-country journey from New York to Los Angeles in July, seeking connection and reflection. Throughout this odyssey, the presence of the Guides became increasingly prominent, offering insights through dreams and flow transmissions. This volume stands as the most intimate of the Flow Books, capturing the essence of a year where personal milestones and broader changes converged, all under the ever-present guidance of the Guides.

• These fearful thoughts are not yours. As you move through this time of turmoil, we are surrounding you in blessing. (2-8-2024)
  As you move through this process, know that both sides of this argument are fighting for an old story. Know that something new - a new story and a new world - is being born.
